Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jlj1 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, and you will be notified of any such extension.
Identity Verification: For the protection of all Players, jlj1 may require you to verify your identity before processing a data rights request. This is to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to or amended by an unauthorised person.
21+ Only: The jlj1 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jlj1 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
If jlj1 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered an Account on the jlj1 Platform, please contact jlj1 support immediately so that the Account can be closed and the data deleted.
jlj1 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, for example where jlj1 uses cloud infrastructure or technology service providers with servers located abroad.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jlj1 will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
By using the jlj1 Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.
jlj1 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When changes are made, the revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how jlj1 processes your personal data or your rights under this Policy — jlj1 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
